To fix your reservation we ask you for a booking deposit exempt from charges of 50% of the total payment amount.

Cancellation (as per the AGBH – General Terms & Conditions for Hotels)
- up to 12 weeks prior to arrival
no cancellation penalty except:
booking fee of € 40 - 12 to 4 weeks prior to arrival
40% of the total package price - 4 weeks to 1 week prior to arrival
70% of the total package price - in the last week prior to arrival
90% of the total package price
This also applies in the event of delayed arrival or permature departure.
