Coming from the direction of Munich, drive the A8 autobahn towards Salzburg and take the Siegsdorf/Traunstein exit. Continue in the direction of Lofer/Unken and after the tunnel at the border crossing to Austria in Unken, keep right. The Hotel Post is located on the right side of the street. Our address is Niederland 28, 5091 Unken. No vehicle toll stickers are required for this route.
Coming from the direction of Vienna, drive the West Autobahn to Salzburg, then keep following signs for Munich. You will leave German autobahn A8 at the Bad Reichenhall exit. Follow the highway towards Lofer/Unken. After the tunnel at the border crossing to Austria, keep right, after which you cannot miss the Hotel Post. The address is Niederland 28, 5091 Unken.

Coming by train:
You can find rail connections to the stations in Bad Reichenhall (ca. 14 km from the hotel), Salzburg (ca. 45 km from the hotel), Saalfelden (ca. 35 km from the hotel) and St. Johann in Tirol (ca. 35 km from the hotel). Please let our hotel team know in advance when you will be arriving, so that our hotel shuttle can pick you up from there.
Coming by plane:
Your destination airport is Salzburg (SZG). Well in advance of leaving, let the hotel know when you will be arriving so that the hotel shuttle be waiting for you at the airport. If you fly in with one of the partner carriers of “Kinderhotels Europa” - TUIfly or Ryanair – and if you stay for 7 nights your transfer from Salzburg Airport is free of charge.
